The Voter Integrity Pledge

I believe that elected officials must represent the people they serve — not the corporations and special interests that finance their campaigns. Corporate money in politics is a direct threat to democratic self-governance, and I will no longer treat it as normal.

Therefore, I solemnly pledge that:

  I will not vote for any candidate who refuses to disclose the full sources of their campaign funding.

  I will not support candidates who accept large donations from corporations, PACs, or special-interest groups that seek to purchase political influence.

  I will not support any candidate who accepts more than $5,000 in personal donations from a single individual, because no citizen should be able to buy more political influence than another.

  I will actively research campaign finance records before casting my vote — and I will make those findings known to others.

  I will hold every elected official I vote for accountable to the public interest, and I will withdraw my support the moment they serve donors over constituents.

  I will demand full transparency and immediate disclosure of all campaign contributions as a non-negotiable condition of earning my vote.

  I will vote based on integrity, principle, and demonstrated independence from moneyed power — not on the basis of advertising bought by wealthy interests.

By signing this pledge, I make a public, permanent commitment to a democracy that answers to citizens — not to the highest bidder. This is my word. I will not break it.
